A central material drying and conveying system, state-of-the-art injection molding machines with automated handling systems, robot-supported assembly stations as well as a CAQ and a company-wide PDA system are among the highlights of our production.

Flexibility is a central virtue here: we produce series from a few hundred pieces to several million pieces per year.

• Our plant has 32 injection molding machines.
• The maximum part weight is 1,400 grams
• The clamping force of the largest machine group is 4,000 kN. We process all commercially available thermoplastics, except PVC, in three-shift operation.
• A central material conveyor system and material drying systems are available.
