The various product and system audits carried out by our customers in the automotive and supply industry have consistently produced excellent results, but we continue to take great care to integrate and optimise the lessons learned from these audits.

Our customer service takes care of customised pre-production planning, from process development through FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) to the start of series production.

Our Quality Assurance team can also prepare initial reporting templates (e.g. PPAP or VDA) and assist with other internal quality issues as required.

 

A company-wide SPC-based CAQ system (Babtec), adapted to our requirements, ensures optimally designed process control with long-term process capability certificates.

If required, we also implement additional in-house development audits.

 

The state-of-the-art measurement laboratory is equipped for almost all measurement requirements.
